Good Faith Estimate
Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients:
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services.
You will receive a written estimate before your first session outlining:
The frequency and cost of sessions
The scope and expected duration of treatment (if known)
Any additional costs (e.g., paperwork, late cancellation fees)
You have the right to dispute charges that are substantially higher than the estimate. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises
