Good Faith Estimate

Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients:

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services.

You will receive a written estimate before your first session outlining:

  • The frequency and cost of sessions

  • The scope and expected duration of treatment (if known)

  • Any additional costs (e.g., paperwork, late cancellation fees)

You have the right to dispute charges that are substantially higher than the estimate. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises
