Family estrangement is often invisible, misunderstood, or steeped in shame. This group is here to change that.

This is a trauma-informed, body-affirming space for folks navigating:
No-contact or low-contact relationships with caregivers or family members
Ongoing grief, guilt, or loss after choosing distance
The complexities of chosen family, boundaries, and reparenting
The impact of estrangement on the nervous system and self-concept
