    Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and helps you set goals, build habits, and gain clarity without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Coaching is ideal for clients seeking personal growth, accountability, and mindset shifts rather than mental health treatment.

  • No—current therapy clients cannot also be coaching clients due to ethical and legal restrictions. Therapy involves clinical support focused on mental health treatment, while coaching centers on personal development and goal-setting.

  • Yes! I offer flexible options to meet your needs:

    • Therapy: Available in person in Rockville, MD and virtually for clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. (DMV area).

    • Coaching: Available in person in Rockville, MD and virtually worldwide.

    Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions or the convenience of online support, we’ll find the right fit for your goals.

  • I am in-network with Carefirst insurance. I am out-of-network with all other insurance plans. I can provide superbills upon request to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance.

    Coaching and personal training sessions are not covered by insurance.

    • Choose Therapy if you’re experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, or emotional distress and need clinical support to process and heal. Therapy involves tools like EMDR, CBT, and DBT to address mental health concerns.

    • Choose Coaching if you are already in therapy and/or have completed your treatment goals but feel stuck, unmotivated, or unclear about your goals and want guidance, accountability, and structure to move forward.
